Nature and Extent of
involvement of faculty and students in academic
affairs/improvements
- Guest lecturers and resource persons are
invited to upgrade the students and staff
separately for technical and soft skills.
- Extra coaching classes have been conducted
for weak students.
- Faculty members are sent for QIP and Workshops
to other colleges sponsored by the AICTE etc.
- Paper presentations are submitted in the
seminars conducted at other colleges both
by the faculty and students.
- Teachers and students are encouraged to
take up consultancy works concerned to the
District Administration.
- Teachers and students are also encouraged
to give benefit of tech. education like computer
awareness to students Govt. Primary schools
& high schools of the District.
- Teachers & students of Civil Engg.
are encouraged to take up rain water harvesting,
rural infrastructure etc.
Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for
democratic/good Governance

Selection of Faculty is
based purely on merit and performance in the
interview. When no response is there, as in
the case of Professors selection is made by
personal contact.

Faculty is given freedom
in all academic activities. Their suggestions
are taken before implementing any scheme.

Purchase committee for
making all purchases involving Principal management
representative & one faculty member.
- Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty
performance
* Students feed back is taken regularly
- Grievance cell Exist to take care of Faculty,
staff and students problems.
* Grievance cell is formed, and working for
the staff & students problems.
