Library:
The library is well stocked with latest books in various fields which exposes the students to the exciting, interesting and wonderful world of books. It caters to the academic needs of the students by subscribing subject-wise journals, magazines, CDs and DVDs, encyclopedias, General Knowledge books, reference books, books on personality development, competitive exams etc. It also has a spacious reading room. The library offers a computerized index for all texts for easy reference.

Book Bank Scheme:

Coaching Programme for Common Entrance Test (CET):
The Common Entrance Test (CET) coaching has been designed to nurture the capabilities and develop confidence to march on fearlessly on the path of success to become achievers.

            The CET coaching classes in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology are conducted, which has helped students to secure seats in professional courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, B.VSc, BE, Architecture, others.

Test and Examinations:
An unexamined life is not worth living. For an honest introspection of the capabilities, understanding and improvement, monthly tests and examinations are strictly conducted. The crux of conducting exams is to make students strive for better and achieve success as there will be continuous assessment of the students’ performance.

Preparatory Exam Series:
Growth is achieved when an individual replies to a challenge by a response which shows the driving force originating from within the student. Three preparatory series exams are conducted every year for the students to instill confidence and fearlessly face the annual exams to get good result. One of the greatest ancillary benefits of this preparatory exam is the acquisition of capability for reflection and self evaluation.

Co-curricular Activities:
To help students explore and nurture their talents, the college offers ample opportunities and paves the way from daily rigor to a world of creativity by conducting co-curricular activities like elocution, singing, debate, essay, extempore, quiz, fancy, mono-acting and general knowledge. Students have represented our college and have won in district, division and state level cultural competitions.

Short Term Courses:


• Spoken English and Communication Skills:
  English Department of the college has designed an easy and effective certificate course in spoken English and communication skills which has helped many students to gain fluency in English language with the aid of TV, VCD, CDs, Charts to enable them to face the world in this competitive age, where English is must.
• Computer Course:
  The well equipped lab with a qualified trainer conducts a certificate computer course to the students to give the basic knowledge of the computer to gain an edge over others.
• Personality Enrichment Programme:
  To focus on the students’ personality development, enhance their knowledge, and to keep them abreast with current developments in the various fields, a series of guest lectures are organized from erudite scholars from IISc, Bangalore and alike programmes on career opportunities are conducted. In addition to this subject experts are invited in various subjects to enlighten the students.
• NSS:
  The College has an actively functioning NSS unit which undertakes many social, environmental and educational programs where students participated enthusiastically. A seven day NSS camp is organized every year to bring in the awareness of integration among the students. It also organizes medical camps with free medicines, cleaning and protecting historical monuments, planting of trees etc.
• Sports and Games:
  The College has a huge play ground with all the sports amenities. Students are encouraged to participate in various indoor and outdoor games and develop their physical fitness. They have won several prizes at district level and participated in State level in shuttle badminton, Table tennis and basket ball. Students have been getting selected in National Level sports for Hockey and Cycling.
